About Us

Stallions Cricket Club was founded in 2013. It was an initiative by few cricket enthusiasts who wanted to build a cricket club for everyone. Club has a vision to build a platform for players of all abilities to play cricket. Any player who has a desire, passion & love for the game of Cricket, is welcome to the club. The club was registered in Wembley with most players initially based in Wembley and vicinity. The club has grown steadily over past couple of years and now has members residing as far as Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in the county of Berkshire.Ajay Carvalo, Salim Isaf, Hardik Dhruve, Devang Kevat and Chetan Harple are the founder members who have played pivotal role in setting up the club. Daud Haider has helped club to register many good cricketers which was needed to remain competitive and win titles. Wajid Abassi provided a great administrative support to manage the daily course of a growing club.

During the toughest times for Cricket in England, when most clubs were closing due to lack of funds, depleting interests amongst the youth and a bleak future for the game; Stallions Cricket Club was amongst very few newly registered clubs. The founder members’ efforts and contributions helped the club’s expansion over the years. Started with Middlesex Sunday Cricket League in 2013, the club gained Middlesex Premier Cricket League’s membership in 2014 and has continued to attract interest from various age groups and different playing abilities since then.

Currently, Stallions CC has about 100 plus registered members with six playing teams every weekend, three teams registered in Middlesex Premier Cricket League – Sundays, one team registered in Middlesex County Cricket League – Saturdays and two teams registered in The Berkshire League – Saturdays.
